The spacious bedroom for 2 people offers a 180cm wide double bed, the single room has a 90cm wide bed;

Lots of nature to enjoy, the Au and hills to search for mushrooms in the immediate vicinity - also a medical center, the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences, the sport center, the Okanagan sports school, the NV football stadium, ...

A LUP bus station can be reached in a few minutes on foot, so that all publicly accessible destinations can be accessed;

The "Traisenpark", a shopping center that can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, provides the important infrastructure - yet you remain completely protected from noise and hustle and bustle in these rooms;

Our apartments are designed as self-catering apartments, which means that YOU must provide your own washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine cleaning tabs, hand detergent, shower gel, Zewa rolls, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc. etc.;

Bed linen and towels are provided from our side.

We have prepared an initial supply such as 1 roll of toilet paper and other consumables such as sugar, salt, pepper and oil.

The actual idea is that if, for example, sugar is used up during the stay, the tenants will provide a replacement!

All our apartments are equipped with fire and CO2 detectors.

Nevertheless, SMOKING is STRICTLY forbidden in the apartment!
